How can I find out what effects a gemstone has?
At Crystal Bokeh, we believe that intuition is our best guide and teacher. We also believe that each crystal can have a different effect on an individual. For this reason, we do not provide detailed explanations about what a specific crystal can do for you. Rather, we encourage you to shop mindfully, selecting crystals that you feel particularly drawn to, and then getting to know them.
You will find a handful of listings where we touch upon the general properties that a crystal is believed to have, or what we have personally experienced, but we encourage you to trust your intuition and inner wisdom to connect with the right pieces for you.
Can I select my own crystal from group listings?
Unfortunately this is not possible. We have thousands of individual crystals in stock and it is not possible to photograph each one separately. When you make a purchase from a group listing, your crystal is selected intuitively by us when we package your order.
If you want to ensure that you get only the crystal pictured, please select from any of the listings that are for single crystals, or where you have the option to select the exact one you want.
My crystal contains cracks/pits/uneven spots – is it damaged?
Crystals are natural items that have formed over millions of years. They often have what some might call ‘imperfections’ such as small cracks, or surface inconsistencies. This is completely normal, and is part of each crystal’s unique charm.
What should I do if I want to return one or more items?
Returns are possible within 14 days of receipt. Please see Shipping & Returns for more info.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
We pack our orders super securely, so it’s thankfully very rare to receive an item that has been damaged during transit. However, if that happens, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.
I placed an order but haven’t received an email confirmation, what went wrong?
You should receive an email confirmation shortly after placing your order. If this doesn’t happen, please check your spam folder. If it’s not there, there may be a typo in the email address that you entered. Not to worry – please contact us and we’ll look into it for you.
Can I change my order?
If you want to change your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has already been packed then it is unfortunately no longer possible to change it. You will have to receive the order, then register a return. In this situation, returns are sent at your own expense. Please see Shipping & Returns for more info.
Why can’t I find my country of residence in the drop-down menu at checkout?
Crystal Bokeh currently only sells to customers within the European Union. If you live outside of the EU and would like to place an order, please contact us.
