Crystal Bokeh ships from the Netherlands to the EU.
Free Pick-Up in Hilversum
You can pick-up your order for free in Hilversum. My good friend has kindly offered to let me use her store as a pick-up location. Please select 'Pick Up' at checkout. You can then pick your order up at: Dress it Up, Wagenmakersplein 3, 1211SB, Hilversum. You will receive an email when your order is ready for collection.
Orders that Qualify for Free Shipping
The Netherlands: All orders with goods totalling more than €75 are eligible for free shipping within the Netherlands.
We also offer free shipping to the following countries on all orders with goods totalling more than €150: Belgium, France, and Germany.
Shipping Costs & Methods
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the size and weight of the package, and the destination country.
Most orders within the Netherlands are shipped as a letterbox package. For larger orders/items that won’t fit through your letterbox, your package will be sent as a standard parcel. Orders to all other EU countries are shipped as a standard parcel.
Tracking & Insurance
All orders are sent with a tracking code, and are fully insured. In the unfortunate event of a parcel going missing, it is ultimately the customer’s responsibility to make a claim. We will, however, help as much as possible to resolve the situation. If you have questions or concerns about the delivery status of your item, please contact us, quoting your order number, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Dispatch & Delivery Times
Orders are dispatched on either the same or next business day. For orders within the Netherlands, you can expect to receive your package within 1-3 business days.

It is provided as a guide to help you gauge when you might receive your order. Please note that delivery times can be affected by local delays, including strikes and peak periods.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
We pack our orders super securely, so it’s thankfully very rare to receive an item that has been damaged during transit. However, if that happens, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.
Returns
Do you wish to return an item? No problem! Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt. Please register your return by sending us a message via the Contact Us page, stating your order number. We will then provide you with a return form to include in your package.
Please note that Crystal Bokeh is not responsible for the costs of sending the returned item(s), nor can we refund the initial cost of sending the item to you. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for more information.
Which carrier should I use for my return?
You are free to choose whichever carrier you prefer. However, Crystal Bokeh is not responsible for the loss or damage of items being returned, so we strongly recommend that you select an option with tracking and insurance to ensure that you’re covered if something goes wrong.
When will I receive the refund on my returned item(s)?
Your refund will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned item(s).
