These are our general terms and conditions. Together with the references contained herein, these terms and conditions apply to any agreement that we enter into with you.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms from time to time. By entering into an agreement with us, you agree that the most recent version of our terms and conditions will always apply.

Article 1 - Products

We sell semi-precious gemstones, incense, and other metaphysical items, and offer in-person and remote “energy-healing” sessions and tarot readings.

Article 2 - Payments

The (total) prices of our Products are indicated in our webshop. Your payment is processed through our online payment service: Shopify Payments.

Any shipping costs will be paid by you, unless the item qualifies for free delivery (see Shipping and Returns for more info).

Article 3 - Delivery

We will send your (physical) product(s) to the address you have specified. Once we have dispatched your order, we can no longer amend the address. PostNL is our fulfilment partner and handles the distribution of our products. When your order is dispatched, we will send you a track and trace code, which gives you the opportunity to track your order. We aim to deliver products as soon as possible. If there is a delay in dispatching your order, we will notify you via email.

All of our orders are sent fully insured. If an order goes missing in the post, it is ultimately the responsibility of the customer to work with the relevant delivery service(s) to reclaim the value of their order.

"Digital" purchases (remote energy-healing sessions and/or tarot readings) are delivered via either Skype or Zoom, depending on the client's preference, at the agreed time.

Article 4 - Returns

You can always return a product, provided you do so within 14 days of receipt (the "withdrawal period") . To return products, please send an email to or via our Contact Us page, and we will send you a Return Form. Upon confirmation by us, you must send the product back within 14 days. We will fully refund the purchase price (excluding any delivery costs paid by us) no later than 14 days after having received your returned product.

Cost for return shipments shall be paid by you. You are free to choose whichever carrier you prefer. However, Crystal Bokeh is not responsible for the loss or damage of items being returned, so we strongly recommend that you select an option with tracking and insurance to ensure that you’re covered if something goes wrong.

During the Withdrawal Period, you shall exercise due care in handling the product and its packaging. You will only remove packaging and use the product to the extent that this is necessary to establish whether or not you want to keep the product.

You cannot return incense (if the box has been opened) or spray bottles ("mists").

Article 5 - Liability

We are not liable for any damages that may be caused as a result of you using our products. However, we are liable for damages that result from our wilful misconduct or gross negligence. In any case, our liability will never exceed the purchase price of the product that caused the damage.

Article 6 - Intellectual property

All intellectual property (including: copyrights and trademarks) in relation to our text, photos, videos, or any other materials, are owned by us (or are used by us with permission of the owners). You shall refrain from committing any acts that may infringe these rights.

Article 7 - Complaints

If you have a complaint, we would like to hear it. Please file your complaint as soon as possible by sending a detailed description to We will process your complaint as soon as possible, but in any event within three working days. Should it take longer to handle your complaint, you will receive a notification within three working days to confirm that we have received your complaint, together with an indication of when we expect to respond. If we cannot settle a complaint between us, your complaint will be dealt with in accordance with the dispute section below.

Article 8 - Disclaimer

Crystal Bokeh offers information and opinions about the potential effects of semi-precious gemstones (“crystals”) and other metaphysical items. The information shared is based upon our own personal experiences and beliefs, and is not intended to be medical or therapeutic advice of any kind.

Crystals and energy-healing work should never be used to replace medicines or medical treatments. Anyone with a serious medical condition should consult their doctor before use. Furthermore, the term “healing”, wherever used, is used solely in a spiritual/metaphysical (rather than physical) context. Tarot readings are provided for informational/entertainment purposes only. 

Article 9 - Disputes

  1. Dutch law applies to these Terms. Subject to mandatory legal provisions providing otherwise, any conflicts that may ensue from these Terms will be submitted to the jurisdiction of the Dutch Courts, in the district Noord Holland.
